  • Product photos are for illustration. Colour, finish or scale may look slightly different because of screen settings.

  • Dimensions, capacities, materials and care instructions are provided as accurately as possible. Please check that a product suits your needs, your kitchen and your appliances before ordering.

  • Products made from natural materials such as wood, ceramic or stoneware may show small variations in grain, colour, glaze or texture. These are characteristic of the material and are not defects.

  • Stock availability may change without notice, especially for limited or seasonal items.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time.

  • Our products are intended for normal household use. Please follow the care and usage instructions provided, such as whether an item is dishwasher, oven or food safe. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, cleaning or storage.

5. Orders
When you place an order with Grenalix, you make an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to:

  • cancel an order because of a stock issue, pricing error or technical error;

  • refuse orders that appear fraudulent or unauthorised;

  • limit the quantity of a product that one customer may buy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund your original payment method as promptly as reasonably possible.

6. Prices and Payment
Prices on the website may change at any time without notice. Orders must be paid in full before we process and ship them. We may refuse or cancel any transaction we believe to be fraudulent. VAT and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout where relevant.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, payment checks or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

This limitation does not apply to liability for injury to life, body or health, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other case where liability cannot be limited under German law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes will be handled by the competent German courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection available under the law of your EU country of residence.
